Delivered through BDG’s partnership with UK agency Sharper, the University Passport turned a printed event guide into a simple game that encouraged delegates to take part.
Arrow University offered plenty to discover, but a busy programme does not guarantee that delegates will explore it. The event needed a device that could guide movement, reward curiosity and remain easy to use.

We borrowed the logic of travel. Delegates received a passport-style booklet and collected stamps as they visited activities and touchpoints, transforming participation into visible progress.
We designed the complete booklet, developed the gamified structure, managed print production and handled shipment. Clear navigation and a lively visual identity made the experience intuitive from the first stamp.
A practical piece of event print became a participation tool. The passport gave delegates a reason to explore more of Arrow University while creating a coherent experience they could keep.
