Opening a bank account usually comes with a familiar set of rituals: find the time, go to the branch, wait, fill things in, sign things. NLB Kosovo wanted to make that entire idea feel outdated. With NLB mKlik, opening an account can now happen 100% online, directly from your phone, from application and identity verification to digital signing.
The product itself was simple. The behaviour was not. People don't necessarily wake up wanting to open a bank account. And even when they do, “go to the bank” has traditionally meant making time for something that isn't really part of their day. So the challenge was to make not going to the bank feel like the obvious choice.
Why should your banking require you to stop what you're doing? Instead of putting the bank at the centre of the story, we put everyday life there. The film captures the kind of moments people actually want to stay in, while the banking happens quietly, simply and digitally, through the phone already in their hand. The product isn't presented as a piece of technology for technology's sake. It's presented as one less thing that needs to interrupt your day.
The TVC turns that proposition into a human, everyday story rather than a product demonstration. No queues. No paperwork. No trip to the branch. Just the thing you actually came for, banking that happens where you already are.
