Waste management only becomes visible to people when it stops working. The rest of the time it's invisible infrastructure, which makes it one of the hardest things to communicate clearly, since there's no natural moment where anyone's paying attention.
BDG led the full marcomms for several waste management operators in the region, with SENE3 among them, an EU-supported initiative focused on improving the waste management system across Eastern and Northeastern Macedonia. The job isn't awareness for its own sake, it's turning genuinely complicated infrastructure and policy work into communication people and public institutions actually understand.
Banks and global FMCG brands are good work and BDG does plenty of it. But projects like this sit in a different category entirely, work that has a direct bearing on the region's environment and how the next generation lives in it, not just another logo on the client roster.
