A business that rents equipment, sells equipment, services equipment and trains people on it has a specific operational trap waiting for it, the same item existing in three different records that don’t talk to each other. A unit can show as available online while it’s actually out on rental. A customer relationship can live in a CRM that has no idea what that customer last bought or borrowed.
Off-the-shelf inventory tools are built for retail, buy it, ship it, done. They don’t understand a business where the same physical unit moves between rented, sold, in maintenance and in training use throughout its life. We built a custom inventory platform that tracks equipment the way Inspectahire actually operates it, not the way a generic e-commerce tool assumes it should.
Moving to HubSpot meant consolidating customer history, sales pipeline and ongoing service relationships into one modern system, without dropping years of existing client context along the way.
The final piece ties the website itself into the same data, product inventory, CRM and marketplace systems synchronised, so what a customer sees online reflects what’s actually true operationally, not a snapshot that goes stale the moment stock changes.
